Long Beach is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around Long Beach is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

This is a great spot!! I love how they have the parking structure accessable and you can get 2 hours free with parking validation! The store was very clean, and staff were friendly, and greeted people that walked inside. If you see not too many options for bakery items, itβs most likely they are baking them, but are being brought out every couple of minutes. Super chill vibes!

My wife and I have had the pleasure of trying Paris Baguette at another location before, and we definitely loved the food and our experience there. So when we found out that one was opening in Downtown Long Beach at The Pike, we couldn't wait to visit. We went on a kind of morning date and ordered a few food and pastry items to try there and bring home for our kids. We also had a few of their coffee drinks, just to round out our meal there. And everything was exquisite and delicious. The pastries were all fresh and satisfying. The coffee was refreshing and had a strong but sweet blend. And the breakfast sandwich we shared was simply amazing.

Great bakery with pastries made in the best French traditions. I visited in the evening, and even then the selection was quite good β I imagine itβs simply amazing in the morning. Everything I bought was very tasty, although by the evening the pastries had become slightly firm. Iβm planning to come back in the morning to enjoy a truly fresh croissant, just like in Paris. The service was friendly. Besides pastries, I also ordered coffee β an espresso with almond milk β very rich and smooth in flavor. There is seating available inside the cafΓ©, but Iβd still recommend taking your order to go and enjoying the pastries and coffee on the pier, which is about a 5β7 minute walk from the bakery. Overall, I think itβs best to visit in the morning or early afternoon, but even in the evening youβll find good pastries for every taste. Highly recommended for anyone with a sweet tooth like me :)

Opened today 1/21/2026! Great staff, the owners are very very nice. I got an iced matcha, an apple pastry, and a palmier cookie. Super good! Iβll be visiting a lot π₯°

Paris Baguette officially opened today in downtown Long Beach, and I stopped by this morning to check it out. The space is clean, bright, and modern, with a welcoming layout that makes it easy to browse their impressive pastry selection. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better β especially for a busy opening day. Theyβre definitely living up to their reputation for pastries. I picked up a chocolate croissant and an apple cinnamon strudel, and both were excellent β flaky, fresh, and nicely balanced in sweetness. Exactly what youβd hope for from a bakery like this. I also grabbed a Provence chicken pesto baguette sandwich to enjoy later, which looks promising, and a coffee. While I typically enjoy medium-blend coffees, this one tasted noticeably lighter and, honestly, a bit weak for my preference. If youβre a strong coffee drinker, thatβs something to keep in mind β though your mileage may vary. Overall, itβs a great new addition to downtown Long Beach, especially if you love pastries and baked goods. Iβll definitely be back for the food, and Iβm curious to try more of their menu.
